Vinyasa yoga is athletic practice that focuses on stretching, strengthening, and endurance building while preparing us for meditation. This class can be tailored to all levels.
Yin yoga is the slow, deep counterpart to vinyasa. Passive stretches are held for 3-7 minutes to stretch the tendons and connective tissue. We incorporate traditional yin poses with self-myofascial release and meditation.
BABY YOGA AND DEVELOPMENTAL MOVEMENT
Baby yoga can be a standalone 30-minute session, or integrated at the end of a class for yourself. It’s a fun way to bond with your infant, get some tummy time in, and potentially socialized with other parents!
PRESCHOOL YOGA PARty
These are designed as 30-45 minutes sessions for 3-5 year-olds. We incorporate games to enhance both fine and gross motor skills, interpersonal skills, and self-soothing abilities through breath work.
